Add fake mods to your sig..
but seriously use the search button. How else do you add HP? headers, intake etc. More air/fuel in more exhaust out = more hp.. however you decide to do it is up to you.

Start with all the basic bolt on parts then add a cam then ported heads is a good start. Stroke it if you got the funds. A cam will give you the most gains (and is the cheaper), then heads, then stroke it to 383/396 if 400 RWHP is still not enough...of course all of the above would be optimal but it gets expensive real quick

check his other posts. he asks if a ls1 intake will bolt to a lt1 motor. thats the kind of person your dealing with, so start with basic advice lol. i don't have anything nice to say, so i will pick my toys up and leave.

Perhaps its semantics to some folks, but anything that adds power, by definition, must be a power adder.
If he wants to stay naturally aspirated, its as easy as saying so.
But then, I wouldn't have been entertained.

Before you ask anymore embarrassing questions, you really need to search this forum like it's your job. Use the search function because 99% of the questions you will have, have most likely been talked about already. And also read the Stickies in the LT1 section cause will help you also.

Buy a horse..... J/K
Seriously a motor is basicly an air pump so more air in more air out and you put more power (or ability to burn more fuel) out.
Start with cold air intakes and exhaust systems and headers.

Weight reduction.
Back seats, spare, carpet, that big sub box you mistakenly put in the back... Easy and free.
EGR, AIR, AC... More weight savings and cheap. Some block off plates, a new belt and a tune.
Now add some stronger rear LCAs and relocation brackets to help you hook.
Gratz, your car is verifiably faster and you spent well south of $500.
