Default Huge problems car doesnt start

So here is the story. 95 Z28 red 144k miles origional motor rebuilt transmission 2k miles ago. It was leaking oil like a stuck pig in the back of the intake so I replaced the intake manifold and durring the process I lost a vaccum line going from the drivers side of the intake to the egr solenoid (i think) the car has been starting a little funny where it revvs from 500 to 2k for a minute then when its warm it ran just fine.

Today I was driving and cruise control set at 60(3.23 gears it was usually at about 1500 rpms at 60) I noticed it was at 2k rpms and then when I would try to accelerate the car and the rpms would drop then down shift. As i pulled into a gas station the car just died and in OD just rolled into a parking spot now it wont start. it just turns over and over and over and over then I bought a pack of newports. now I need to

Anyone have any suggestions?

Id check the fuel pressure first, if that comes up good then check for spark at both the coil and the plugs. If after that and no luck, one of the experts will have to chime in.

The fact the pump was replaced does not answer the question. Does it have fuel? It's needs fuel and spark to run, and that's what you need to check.
