Three of them cracked.
It's a little bigger than 1" and fitting is -10AN. You can see the windage screen studs on the right side of the motor.
This weekend's goal was to finish the fuel system. Installed the double pumper and assembled the braided lines/fitttings.

210cc AFR heads. "Race" CNC finish. HR custom comp cam (same as last setup).
Umm, waiting on parts. I bought an UMI k-member and lower A-arms, but the a-arms have not arrived yet. I also have some straight peices of brake line on the way so I can bend them to the new k-member. Once I get that, the motor should be ready to go back in.
I need to figure out a way to fit at least one of the stock radiator fans. My two 11" SPAL fans had trouble keeping cool before. I have like no room between the turbo and radiator. The turbo inlet tube is almost touching the low-profile fan.
Re-dynoing? Absolutely. I'll be afraid to even start the car without getting a new base tune. I've heard changing parts on a Speed Density tune will throw things off way more than a MAF tune. The main thing I changed is the AFR heads. Cylinder bore is slightly larger after machining. The meth injection won't come on until high boost. So maybe it will be ok to drive around town for break-in.
Thanks. It's a turbonetics t76. Same as last setup. I'll have pictures of it soon.

Be careful with sparks!
My brake lines came in so I spent the whole night bending and flaring ends. Test fit the k-member to make sure the brake lines line up. I'm very happy with how it came out. Don't really need to zip-tie the lines to the k-member because it's such a nice fit.
