Default TPS in need of adjustment?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXxJnCIaKYQ

When floored, the TPS module reads up to ~99% and then to zero when the pedal hits the floor. Is this normal, or a sign that the TPS needs to be adjusted, as I've read about here?

If FLOORED then it should be 100% opened, so if not floored it would be 0%. It seems to be working fine. All the TPS does is translate to the computer how much of the pedal is being depressed.......

Is it an after market TB? Did you check the voltage setting? Here is an article for adjusting. http://www.golenengineservice.com/ls-tech-articles/

Possibly a display error on your scanner? What is the actual voltage at WOT?

Funny you mention that! On my scanner, my ignition timing advance is always shown as a negative number.
