^^^^ lol. But seriously spend the money on a NEW OEM GM replacement, or don't even bother. That's the answer you'll find.

^^^x2. GM replacement is usually the way to go. But if you are strapped for cash, I would recommend a Chandler. You could do a search for info, but mine has been working well for me. So, good luck.

If the factory unit is working fine cap and rotor may be all you need. I would go to a msd cap and rotor and be sure to use a small amount of red loctite on the two rotor screws. If you just want to replace the opti any way go with the GM oem opti.

GM opti is AC DELCO or Delphii. Delphii is the new Delco....If you use this search title on ebay you will find the right one......delphii optispark.

I am NOT affiliated with them in any way, shape, or form. It is just a good source for what seems to be the best price ATM.

Im sorry but if the opti is doing fine then i wouldn't touch it.

Opti is kinda one of those things if it isn't broke don't fix it kind of thing. But that's just me.

If it's running okay and the opti hasn't failed, then it's working. Don't touch it.
Just do plugs and wires.

Couldn't agree more. Spend your money elsewhere.
