lt1 intake I have a functional ss hood and it seems to me that if i had a filter right under the hood in front of the throttle body it would get mroe air and be a lot easier to clean. Tired of the filter inthe stock location in the box. Too hard to get too and doesnt seem like it gets as much air there. I know there are ones that turn 90 degrees towards the driver side but my ss intake holes are in te middle of the hood. Who makes an intake connector that I can just have my filter straight out from the throttle body and connect my maf ect?

Didnt think about that. I already have the chrome elbow and the k&n set up now. Maybe ill just lose the K&n and get a straight tube to put the in the engine compartment over the stock air box. I just want to be able to maintain my filter easiler, without having to take apart the bottom every time.
