Default Coil Continuity Test

Did I phrase that correctly? Anyway, I have a OBDII LT1 and am looking for some info on testing my coil with my multimeter. I've looked on shoebox's website, but only saw info on OBD1 applications. If I'm missing something there let me know. Thanks guys.

I assumed that because it was shaped different, that it was. I tested it and it was good, and it actually ended up being the ICM. Thanks.
