Default Can you just plug the coolant sensor hole?

If so what have you used? Can you find a big enough vacuum cap and a hose clamp? lol I can't figure out why the new one leaks and the old one, Knock of wood, doesn't.

You could try teflon tape?

Remove the o-ring on the sensor, wrap some laps of teflon tape on it, put o-ring back on. Lubricate new o-ring with coolant before installing sensor.

the only one you can plug is on the block because that is the one that goes to your gauge. the other ones go to your computer. Teflon tape is the best bet.
