Default LT1 Build?

I'm still recuperating money after dropping $1,200 on the front end, $1,800 on insurance, $500 on brakes and tune up and the original $3,300 purchase all this month but I want to plan my motor build so I know what I should be saving up for this winter.

While the car is stored away for the winter I want to get a spare block (probably hunt for a 4 bolt vet motor but if I get a good snag on a low mileage 2 bolt block I'll get it splayed)... I'm not including anything external just yet (throttle body, injectors, etc).
I plan on running AI's 200cc heads, AI 230/238 or AI 226/234 cam, have AI clean and port the inlet on the intake manifold. I don't want to spend money on a new crank or getting it machined to accept a larger crank; I do however want to get the crank cut (if necessary), run all new bearings, and switch out the rods and pistons. Looking to sit right around 11:1 compression.

Anybody have suggestions on what rods/bolts and pistons to run on a NA motor that will turn about 6,600-6,700 RPM?

I have about $1,000 set aside at this point towards the build, I know I'm looking at at least $5,000 to build this without injectors/throttle body/retune. Any suggestions or does my setup look like it will make for a very fun summer time street/strip car?
