Default lt1 wiring harness issues

I have a 97 trans am ws6 (got the car with no engine or engine harness or pcm) I am putting in a 1995 lt1 engine, engine-harness, and pcm in it. Car is a 6-speed manual.will i have to change any wires at the c-100 connector or any thing else for that matter. I Was also wondering about the ob2 body harness and the ob1 engine harness- will that cause any issues?. Any help would be great thanks dustin

This might help. Has the PCM pinout and shows the differences between 95 and 96-7. You have to scroll down to "1995 PCM Pinouts".

That is really funny that you posted that link, I got the car running tonight and used that exact pinout from shbox. then i came home and read your reply. Just incase anyone runs across this, It is very simply to use a 95 engine harness in a 97 car all you have to do is supply 12volts to the orange wire in the c-100 connector above the shock tower and 12volts to d-3 termanal on the black connector at the pcm and it will run great
