Default Need to sell, Am I ok on the price?

Hey Guys, I know some of you are going to want to blast me for putting this here but I am in a bit of a rush. Long storey short is that My Daughter Is going to Need surgery in a month and I have no choice but to sell.

I am looking for feed back on the price of this thing. I need to sell it and I don't like to dick around. I was thinking of putting a price of about $4500 to $4000 for the car and if someone wants a used long block LT1 with all good stock internals, Worn out 4l60E and every other part I have for it and the car for $5000. Here are the details, let me know if I am missing anything important.
FYI please don’t contact me about removing parts from the car and selling them. I am not willing to do it at this time and I think 5k should get it gone but I just want some other peoples thoughts.

1997 Camaro Z-28 A4 w/T-tops
Just under or over 100k.
LT1 stroked 383 with LE2 heads and cam. Stroke is a cast crank eagle kit with forged -16cc pistons (I already know how Fucked up that is don't need to rehash). SA 1.6 Roller rockers. Maybe 2k miles on engine.
LPP long tubes to an LPP Y to a Borla adjustable with E-cut out. Zero rasp with cut out closed.
30lb SVO injectors, BBK 52mm, TCI under drive Damper, SLP CAI.
Never dyno'd OBD 1 conversion tuner by Madtuner.
Trans was built by Monster to hold 500hp, 2000 stall converter and their custom shift Kit maybe 2k miles on trans.
Rear is stock but has 3.23 W/ Auburn posi Yes it's feeling the pressure of the engine and trans.
LS1 front brake upgrade as well as all new tie rods, ball joints, Polly bushings front and rear. Newer Struts and shocks.
17x9.5 ZR1 knock offs by OE Wheels all 4 corners. Tires in ok shape 275/40's on all 4.
Stereo system needs work. 4 new Polk audio speakers in doors and sails but they are all 4 ohm and I scavenged the after market amp for another project and never replaced it. Monsoon amp is still in the car, stock head unit is toast and long gone.
Seats are leather and in need of help. Florida sun has takin a toll on them and so did the original owner.Bolster rip on driver side and odd tear in bottom of passenger seat. Head liner needs replacing. Forward dash is cracked but main dash is good. Carpet is worn again Florida. Paint is ok. It could use some help down the road.
Brakes are a couple years old but have only like 3k miles on them as this thing has not been driven much recently. Rear defrost is not working.
Car runs and drives. I have had barley any time to shake it down. Runs good and strong to 6100rpms per the tune and does not miss a beat. 1st gear is usless on street tires.

Let me know what you think about the price or let me know if you want more info or pics. I need to sell it even though I hate to, I have no choice and it must go. So I ask for your help one more time. Thanks.

If I had the extra coin I'd help 'ya out.....sounds fair to me. The only thing that will shy someone away would be the cast crank, but it's not that big of a deal for a street car.

Good luck man, hopefully everything goes well.

As an asking price that is fine, however your market is going to be extremely limited since the car is heavily modified. Good luck.

I think the price on the car is fair. I really don't see why you couldn't even approach the $6k mark.
Go for craigslist, Ebay, etc.
I paid $8500 for my '97Z M6 bone stock, with a trashed headliner. Had 71,000 miles.

K thanks guys. I'm just looking for a price to move it some what quick and get some cash in hand for this surgery. I would put it back to stock but I don't really have the time. I figure if I offer the stock engine with it it may get someone motivated if they dont want the cast crank engine. At least it has some decent heads and pistons on and in it and then they have a fresh slate for thier own build or return to stock.

If you want to move it fast, go for the $4,500 which is "average trade-in" and post it on Craigslist in all of the nearby major cities and include Atlanta. Also post hi-res pictures of everything in the ad. Use a photo imaging site to host the pictures and place them right into the ad. I sold a 929RR with 36,000 miles literally at the moment I was posting the ad! I thought maybe you could have the same luck.

Price is more than fair, the engine regardless of the crank costs that much to build . What's the surgery all about?

How many of us LT1-faithfuls are there here on a regular basis? If 450 of us threw $10.00 apiece in Jaycen's Paypal account...

That's asking a lot of accountability of an online group but there's a lot of good we could do if we wanted to.

She has severe scoliosis. +60 degree's. It has shown up like this since her last growth spurt at the end of last year. Her mother is 5'11 and she is going to be around the same height. she is 4'10 now and has 3 inches taken up in the curve right now. We figure the surgery alone may leave her around 5 foot. It showed up in a matter of 3 moths at the end of last year and is expected to get worse during her next growth spurt. If it gets worse it can put strain on the internal organs and will start causing her severe back pain.

I really appreciate the thought Gojira, It's Ok, selling the car is a buffer for us and It is a must do. Life throws you a curve but you do what you need to do. I am ok with selling the car... I already sold my 83 Trans Am yesterday. Donate to Shriners if you want to help people out, they are amazing and took us in and gave her a full evaluation with multiple X-Rays and what not free of charge. They wont be able to do the surgery since she is so young and their surgeon is not capable of doing it on her so a specialist who we had talked to first from St. Jose Children’s hospital is who they recommended do the surgery and they both recommended exactly the same things so we feel confident this is the right choice. We will be ok I just need to sell this and everything will hopefully go well. I don’t drive it much anymore and lost the love for it so it’s time to move on. I may be back one day again but for now it’s time to close the book. You all have been a great deal of help in my quest with this car and by far the best resource and entertainment forum out there. Save your cash for your opti’s unless you are interested in buying my stuff lol.

Again Thank You So much for the offer. It is really joy full to see that the world is not full of just heartless bastards as it often seems. You all bring a tear to my eye for your kindness in never even having met me face to face. I appreciate the offer but I kindly can not ask you all to do so. We are not with out means at this time and I never ask for more then I need. I will keep you informed of how it goes. Surgery is set for August 15th If you believe in praying that will be the day. If you don't pray, your moment of thought won’t go on with out thanks from my entire family.
