Exhaust advice and how it'll sound.
So first time I've had open headers and I love it. Will the sound change that much/ be bad raspy if I put a slp on it? What part of the exhaust changes the sound then ? Would a mufflex system help keep that loud aggressive sound im in love with now ?

Yeah I guess. Pretty much no resistance no muffler. Would that make for the sound to change ? I pretty much want to stay as aggressive as I can sounding how the open headers do.

the loudmouth will be really raspy, but will sound awesome at WOT and idle. M recommendation would be true duals with some type of chambered muffler like a powerstick. It will be quite a bit quieter then the open headers, but thats about the loudest setup you can get away with on the street. You could also just run a couple cutouts on the ORY.

I just recently went with TSP true duals with bullet mufflers and to bw honest I dont think its that loud. My Corsa on a y-pipe wot was louder and my GTO's slp LM1 is about twice as loud... I'm going to change the bullet mufflers on the TSP to slp lm1's

Im running a LM1 catback with stock Y and manifolds and its pretty dam loud for just a catback. I dont think its raspy at all, there is some drone on the highway but not like dronemasters. Also sounds like all hell is breaking loose at WOT.
