Well me and my buddy Tony are leaving RI Three weeks from this wedensday to drive on down to bowling green. Got a MOD NA and a Street Stock entry on the way. Who else is showing up on what night and how are your cars/projects doing? Everybody ready to rip i hope??? I finally bit the bullet and cut my fenders to fit my 29's.........

Who's going to be around thursday night? Get some people together for food and beers...

We ran into some issues and time restraints so my 3 cars wont make it but my family and I are coming anyway to show our support. Maybe ill have one ready but very unlikly right now.

But quik im very interested to seed you and many ohers run and was thinking of making a digital book of the event and cars for youtube.

Wish i could go! Is there anyone going to report the event with the results that day? Live cam would be cool or someone to film it and sell the dvd to support the next years shootout. Wish it would come to fla in the winter to see some records broken.

I should have kept my car stock and ran in the bolt on class.

Now i have a piece of junk that will never get done.......Plus Now will be Enlisting in the Air force next week and will be taking almost any "quick ship" job I can get

My short blocks been sitting on an engine stand covered up for a while. When I pulled the motor in March, I figured I'd have it done by June with plenty of time to make it to the shootout and meet everyone, but NO WAY can I get this done in 3 weeks.

It's all been mocked up and I have everything ready to bolt together, but it's all the little things that I don't want to rush and my helper/builder hasn't been in the mood. Too bad, I really want to be there, but I don't know about going without the car.

Im gonna make it to watch but funds are tight and I am not gonna be able to make the changes I want to my car in time so I am gonna leave it at home and shoot for next year. I will see all you guys there though
