Default 93 lt1 into a 95

Ok guys I'm kinda of new to the lt1 stuff. Any help would be appreciated. I picked up a 93 z28 m6 a while back with the plans of building a track car with a lsx and th400. I just recently picked up a 95 trans am roller for parts it had and to swap the 93 over to it. Looking over both cars it looks pretty straight forward. Looks as if I can pull the engine harness from the kick panel and install the 93 wiring. All the plugs are the same with exception of the 93 having a few less wires. Am I overlooking anything? Or do I need to repin or add any other wiring?

Why not use the 95's wiring to run the motor...??? Why switch to the 93 ECM ? When the motor will just plug and play...

I'm missing the 95 pcm and mar along with some other things. Basicly just have the 95 harness. And I have a complete donor. Seems easier and cheaper than sourcing the parts. I'm missing.

We put a 93 TA Lt1 into a 95 v6 Camaro body. Should just be plug and play. The only issue we ran into is that we had to put a switch in the fuel pump relay circuit because for some reason it didn't want to send power to the relay.

Maybe that's what the extra wiring in the 95. Relay may get the signal from the pcm.

you will have to repin a few connectors. Its not difficult. Here is a link from shoebox's site. http://shbox.com/1/harness_connector_faces.htm
There are tabs at the bottom of the screen for the different connectors. His site is very helpful.

Did u miss the part where he's putting a 93 motor in a 95 roller? He says he Lacks a PCM and a maf, well then.. I have a 95 pcm available. And swapping the 93's wiring over would be more work and less tunable.

he would still need maf. he already has a 93 pcm so why not just repin the 3 connectors and use it. He is looking for cheap as well.

I'm not looking to spend any more money than I have to right now. Just looking to use what I have already. Thanks anyway.
