Default AC delete pulley

When we built the motor we just left the compressor in there. Of coarse it's no longer hooked up but should I get the delete pulley or would it matter? Thanks guys

If you want to get rid of the weight, the delete pulley would be the choice.

Think it really makes a difference? Only a street car not track at all.

You think it's clean with the compressor still in there?

Take it out and buy the $25 pulley.

The legitimate 1LE delete pulleys are increasingly hard to come by and are pretty expensive if I recall.

I ordered an aftermarket one off of eBay for $25 2 years ago. Look for "1LE delete pulley" on eBay.

I found one in eBay for 35 bucks. Without all the lines it's cleaner is what I meant.

I've got a real GM 1LE A/C delete pulley that I'm not using any more. IIRC, I paid right around $90 after tax brand new from the Chevy house.

If I'm not mistaken, summit carries this delete pulley for ~$20.00.

Deleted the a/c 8 years ago, it really cleans up the passenger side, lost a good bit of weight and now made the lid swap much more effective. Hasn't been a dd since I removed it. If it is your dd I would keep a/c.
