94 z28 a4 wont shift till 2800 rpms
like the title says my camaro just started actin up outta nowhere it wont shift into second untill 2500 going normal is about 20mph and 2800 into 3rd which is 40mph any ideas what is going on it kicks really hard when it shifts too.... gunna need a new trans mount soon i think

Inaccurate Shift Points
-Oil pump assembly has stuck pressure regulator valve or sticking pump slide.
-Valve body assembly has incorrect, damaged or incorrectly assembled spacer plate or gaskets.
-Case has the following conditions:
-Porous or damaged valve body pad.
-2-4 servo assembly has damaged servo piston seals, improper length or -damaged apply pin, or accumulator porosity.
-2-4 band assembly is burned or anchor pin is not engaged.
-Throttle position sensor is disconnected or damaged.
-Vehicle speed sensor is disconnected or damaged.
-Four wheel drive low switch is disconnected or damaged.
Harsh Shifts
-Throttle position sensor open or shorted circuit.
-Vehicle speed sensor open or shorted circuit.
-Pressure switch assembly contaminated or damaged seals
-Transmission fluid temperature sensor open or shorted circuit.
-Engine coolant temperature sensor circuit open or shorted circuit.
-Pressure control s9lenoid contaminated or damage to pins.
High or Low Shift Points
-TV cable binding or incorrectly adjusted.
-TV exhaust ball stuck or damaged.
-Throttle lever and bracket assembly binding, damaged or incorrectly assembled.
-Sticking oil pump slide, pressure regulator valve or TV boost valve.
-Valve body modulated TV up or down valves sticking.
-TV limit valve, throttle valve or plunger sticking.
-Valve body spacer plate or gaskets damaged or incorrect.
