Default Car cranks but no fuel

Im stuck out of ideas here with this stupid car. I have a 96 v6 camaro that i swapped my 94 lt1 into. The fuel pump will not activate when i turn the key. The car will crank but without fuel what good is that. I can use the prime connector to make it run but thats it. I have VATS disabled in my pcm but i am curious if i need to bypass the body control module VATS to make the fuel pump work? Any ideas would be awesome.

so you have no fuel when you crank, but if you use the prime connector by the pcm, you can get the car to run? if the pump works when you short the connector, maybe it's the relay?

If you have a VATS problem, I think the dash would be flashing security.

Found the problem at the relay connector. On a 96 v6 car the connector gets bat voltage from the pcm. On the 94 it gets voltage from the 5 amp pcm fuse. I am still not getting a signal from the grn/wht pcm wire though so i will have to figure that out next.
