what should timing be set at with my cam? 228/235?

thats just it mods are in sig but my timing got thrown off an i cant remember what it is supposed to be set at since the build

target AFR at WOT
Compression Ratio
Cam LSA and lift
intended octane of fuel to be run



and how did the timing get thrown off??

Im trying to find my cam card now and i dont think it s offf too bad but my distributor backed out from the torque...its been like 3 years since this build im trying to rememeber all my specs i apologize but compression ratio is 10:5 i believe and its tuned to run on 93 octane. I honestly cant remember target AFR

tough to guess but it will prob be in the 33-36 area at 12.8 AFR or so..........
