Default Next Step Fuel Pressure?

Car has been sitting a good 4 months, finally got the last piece to my headgasket swap done and now the car wont fire. Ive tried it like 4 times and nothing, i have notice a weird sound when just turning the key before starting the motor, almost a weird knock/tick sound. So im just looking for my next step.

Thanks

I would definitely check fuel pressure. First off tho, is there fuel in the tank and is it any good? get a fuel pressure gauge from your local parts store. Rent it or buy it, then screw it into the schreder valve on the back of the fuel rail. Then turn the ignition on. If nothing happens then check all your wiring to make sure its getting 12v and if not then get a wabloro 255...
