Default Moroso oil pan leaking from one of the plugs. (pic)

I have a slow leak from one of the Moroso pan's plugs on the passenger side. Can I drain it an put a little thread sealant? I've tightened it to it's max.

My canton did the exact same thing also, I just put some sealant on the threads and never leaked again.
