Default How's this converter?

Hey guys! I'm a noob when it comes to converters. I'm running a bolt-on lt1, I ordered lts today, and want a nice converter to go with my 3.73 gears I ordered. I'm looking for really good street manners! I don't drag it too often , but I read a tc will drop your et .3-.6. Is that true? Tell me if this is a good choice, or if you have suggestions, post them! Im looking to pay around $400-575 for one. Cheaper the better!

Thanks!

A converter will drop that much, or more.

That converter will do.. I recommend a 3400 however. Will be tight with the 373s and cut a much better 60'.
Yank is an awesome brand but is a tad high for a tight budget. PTC makes an amazing converter and has one for budget minded people as well.
