I was running the factory hyperutectic (Male) at 398RWHP and over 530 on spray with no problems. Pistons and rings looked fine on teardown. Not something I would recommend if rebuilding/using n2o but it worked for me on the factory shortblock.

They can handle NA and small shots of spray, not something I would want to throw a huge shot at, but for NA they are great and lightweight to boot!

I've had 430RWHP N/A with hypers. If the tune is good, I trust them. I wouldn't trust them much more than that though, personally.

Stock hypers here. 425 SAE rwhp. 12:1 CR. Not daily driven, but driven occasionally and lots of track runs. Going on its 4th season.
With pump gas in it, I watch it closely, never let it get hot if I'm gonna run it hard. It usually has a mix of pump and race gas.
It will be doing some roadcourse action this year, and I'll definitely have better than 93 octane in it for that.

530 rwhp on the 100 shot. I've sprayed it probably only 20 times.

Like Nitemare said.....IF THE TUNE IS GOOD !!!!

I'd use them even when this thread was posted 2 and a half years ago!

I wish they made the factory mahle in oversizes. I think it is a better hyper than the speed pros or kbs. I would run them if they did.
