wiring

does anybody know where this goes? i believe it is a ground wire maybe?
and im also thinking one end goes on the ignition coil.
any help would be awesome

that's your ground strap from the top drivers side cylinder head (all other grounds are there) to chassis frame right in front of the ABS if you have it. You need it.

does it matter what order all the electricals are in when they are all put on the stud?

Order has nothing to do with how they ground.
