Default Oil smell in oil change

So when i last change my oil i remember smelling gas. My car has been tune to run lean at idle from Solomon. What do i need to solve this issue? I have also notice on start up my car shoots out black soot on the ground but then clears up. How should i check injectors? And i know i have 1 very small exhaust leak on the collector but i mean its really small. It will be getting fixed when i get my duals out the rear. Thanks

I have a 97 trans am.

Get a wideband and install it so you can see if it is actually running the way it was tuned or not.

Eh, you could get just one and keep an eye on fuel trims from bank to bank.
