Default 94 pcm and 95 4l60e

Is a 95 4l60e compatible with the 94 pcm?

so could one be made to work with the other? Or is it not worth it? I would rebuild my trans but the case is cracked.

94 and 95 PCMs are the same, but use different programming. Flash it with the year tune to accommodate the transmission used. IOW, if you want to use a 95 4L60E with 94 PCM, flash it with a 95 auto tune.

The pwm lock up converters have one more solenoid in the transmission. You will need to add in the wire from the trans to pcm. Then reflash to 95.

Correct. I was only addressing the compatibility issue of the PCM and trans. You will need the extra wire, if you are using the 94s wiring harness.
