Default LE 236/244 Cam

The car has been running off and on for two months now and it was about time I took some videos of it. The car has LE’s 236/244 618/617 110 LSA cam

I have not got a chance to take it back to the track yet, I live in an apartment complex and haven’t got any complaints yet, also this is my DD. It has Pacesetter LT's, TD's with x-pipe and dynomax bullets dumps

Any light surging or bucking at low RPMs?
Any light surging or bucking when crusing load is very minimal (that area just between accell and decell)?

It has a good amount of cam surge around 1500-1700, going around parking lots. There is small amounts and it is hit or miss depends on the rpm, you can just notice it.

LE2 and for stock 3.42's and a mail tune, I would say dam well. Now I’m not going to BS you, there is some cam surge but you can drive around it by knowing what gear to be in. For what is worth I let my dad get behind the wheel, him never driving a cammed car and coming from his DD a C5Z he only stalled twice but he picked up on how to drive the car fast.

Sounds like my cam then. I am looking to change the LSA on my next cam as to reduce it a bit. I currently have a 107LSA and am looking to move to a 110LSA.

I'd like to see what it does on a dyno. Definetly sounds awesome!

What injectors?

I'm sure with 4.10s and a dyno tune I could really get the surge down

I do currently have 4.11's and a very optimized dyno tune. The surge is reduced as much as can be done while still running a closed loop MAF tune which I prefer to run since I am not racing.

I had a dyno tune with my stock 3.42's. Runs rock solid. I'm sure with a dyno tune you can hit some excellent #'s with your setup.

Do you have a place that does dyno tunes near you?

Whoever told you that the LT1 is an overhead cam engine has no clue what they're talking about.

And no you don't have to take the engine out of the car to do a cam swap but you do have to remove a lot of stuff to do it.
