I helped a buddy de-mod his LS1 Firehawk and the exhaust is pretty badass - it fit up to some AR headers... AR doesnt make LT1 fbody headers afaik... what other LT1 longtubes would exit in roughly in the same location as the AR's? I dont mind slight modifications but I want to avoid hacking up a perfectly good exhaust...

LS collectors have different spacing, you will need to modify the piping regardless

The edelbrock victor headers i have have the collectors in the LS1 location. they are discontinued however

Any idea if they'll be too short, long, or just off to the side?

the ls1 DS header/collector angles outward whereas the traditional lt1 collectors are parallel pointed towards the rear
