Default flow booster

what does anyone know about them?
is it much of a difference?
i found one for 25 on craigslist and want to get yalls opinion before deciding to get it or not

I put a flow booster on my car and added over 100 rwhp true story....huge difference, for $25 go for it.

LMAO....every other manufacturer calls their "flow boosters" airfoils. Back in the day TPIS claimed their airfoil added 11.8 RWHP Which is highly questionable...that said I fell for their gimmick and bought one way back in 1997. It can't hurt other than lightening your wallet of $25.

that along with the tornado in my intake and a hypertech let me dyno 39 more horsepowers.


if only I put in some octane booster before dyno...

If 2.5HP is worth $30 to you, then go for it.

Regardless of all the hype and humiliation they get, they are dyno-proven to give you something.

Reduces turbulence of the incoming air charge and supposedly increases intake charge by 30CFM....it's also supposed to increase throttle response. (You will never feel any of this.) It is also worth noting that EVERY aftermarket throttle body has one already built into the design; take a look at a stock TB and and aftermarket one....so there has got to be some gains to them or manufacturers wouldn't incorporate them into every throttle body made.
