Default Radiator.

found a huge crack in my radiator today and i would like to replace it with an all aluminum piece, only problem is im on a tight budget, id like to make a univeral one with a simple single inlet/outlet like this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-380328/
so my question is, what would it take to make this work? delete heating or what?
thanks

I had my stock radiator burst over last winter, I got a used one for $80 it even had a working GM low coolant sensor in it. As much as I would have liked to have an all aluminum radiator I didn't want to deal with the mess.

The radiator has nothing to do with the heating system. The lines come off of the water pump.

Take the above advice. All-aluminum radiators look pretty but in the LT1 realm for the majority of motors the stock one provides TONS of cooling.

The most cost-effective option is to do what fex did and find a used one either on this forum, eBay, craigslist, junkyard, etc.
