Default stall ?
does a stall from a 4l60 fit in a 700r4 ? i always thot a 4l60 was a 700r4 w a computer...... yhank u for ur time.

Generally speaking, 84-96 700R4, 4L60 and 4L60E torque converters are interchangeable.

In general, yes.
However, the TC is not interchageable with pre-1984/1985 700R4's. Sometime in 1984, they changed the spline count from 27 to 30 on the trans input shaft.
