just a thought but if it was leaking and isn't anymore you may need to pull power to the PCM and let it sit for a while and then hook it back up and run it for a bit so the pcm can relearn.

any codes? Vac leaks? that evap line on the passenger side of the intake going to the TB likes to crack when you mess with the TB.

IAC isn't going to make it fall on it's face unless you un bolt it leave it open. I still doubt it would fall on it's face. IAC is idle air control. I agree with ZFreie. Put a fuel pressure guage on it and see what it reads. Turn Key to run but don't start and read the gauge. Should read 40 to 44 psi. Next let it sit for 5 min and read what it says, then check it again after 10min. Shouldn't fall all that far. Should still have at least 25 to 30 psi after 15 to 20. Next start the car check the reading. should be in the 36 to 40 psi range. You can pull the vac line off the regulator and see if fuel comes out. This would mean the regulator is bad. If no fuel comes out check the gauge. it should read 40 to 44 psi. If it doesn't read 40 to 44psi then it's either a clogged fuel filter of pump going bad or a power problem to the pump.
