Default Cylinder wear

Does this look like normal wear for a non forged piston and cylinder wall? Im doing a head and Cam install and dont want to touch the bottom end. Motor has about 28,000 Miles on it.[IMG][/IMGhttp://i1270.photobucket.com/albums/jj602/Tx_Ts/IMG_0398.jpg

Its normal to have some crosshatch markings on the walls even after a bunch of miles. I dont see anything abnormal there.
What pistons are those?

That looks great. Just slap on some heads and a cam and go like hell.

wrd 1972 they are just KB pistons. quick95lt1 agree with the tune 100%, hopefully I can get a little better with another mail order tune. Anyone know of a good lt1 tuner in TX?

you're not showing the important wear area. How does it look on the inboard and outboard walls.
