Im about to buy the TSP Rumbler catback to replace my flowmaster and it says it needs modification to fit.

My car is a 94 Z28 so it has the single cat im just curious what needs to be done to make it fit

Yeah i looked and to be honest a Mufflex is a little out of my price range at the moment. Besides my car is nearly stock at the moment and it probably will be for awhile because when it comes to engines im out of my element. Im more of a painter but I wish I knew more about engines

If you still have the manifolds and single cat you would need the piece from the cat to the driveshaft tunnel to meet up to the cat-back. Kinda shaped like a (s).

TSP Rumbler bolted straight up to my factory manifold system. But my car had a dual cat system on it.

Yep, you need the 'S' pipe from the cat to the trans tunnel - as far as I know, Flowmaster is the only company that sells one and its the entire I-pipe. Post a wtb ad or perhaps have one made, shouldnt be too difficult/expensive
