Default Pavlock LCA's..anyone run em?

I just got around to installing my pavlock lca's. They are solid rod end and dbl adj. I have a few questions about them, I havent driven the car far at all. First off is it normal for them to bang and make noise? Ive read a bit and some people say they are noisey and sound like the rear end is gonna fall out, others say "they make a little noise". Second do they need grease and what type of grease? will spray grease work like lithium? I got them used so i got no install instructions, maintence, anything like that.

I also need to adjust one, any tips on adjustment? a crescent wrench wont fit between the mount. Does it need to come back out, adjusted and then put in? I thought they were on car adjustable? I dont think i can get the adjustment I need by doing that lol. I can fit 2 fingers with 1/4 -3/8th" of space behind one tire, and the other side I can just barely fit 2 fingers.

It's not normal for them to make much noise. When I put in rod/rod LCA's they about as quiet as the stockers.

my rod ends transfer a little bit of noise, but not much if any more than the worn out old stockers.

Do any of you guys grease them?

I can feel them shift/rotate when turning, and they are accompanied by a "thump"
