Default 93 stock Z28 codes 44 and 64 won't run

Lets start with location and mods. 100% stock, and I live in Japan. OBD 1 scanners in english are few and far between.

When i bought the car it barely ran. It would stay running after the third time or so of trying to start it but would run like shiz. Once it warmed up and made it to closed loop it would idle just fine. I could never give the car more than 1/4 throttle or it would fall on its face until eventually if held down long enough, die. Initial code retrieval was 44 only. I assumed a bad o2 sensor but before I could order any, the car died completely. (today) It won't run at all. Now I'm thinking more along the lines of fuel pump or fpr and now i have both codes 44 and 64 indicating a lean condition on both sides.. Thoughts?

93 LT1 Z28 completely stock automatic.

C'mon man I clearly have the codes I'm asking thoughts on what the issues could be without using a scanner.

Also thought last night, a super rich condition could possibly be giving me a false lean condition. As everybody knows, and o2 sensor is just that: it reads o2, not fuel. A lot of unburnt fuel will have a lot of unburnt oxygen. Maybe the opti?
