My cooling fans are not coming on, I know this is a common problem and ive read other threads but still havent found my answer. My relays are good, I changed my temp sensor in the water pump and still no fans, my temp gets into the red still no fans, I get a ses light and the fans still dont come on. If I unplug the temp sensor or jump the relay they come on. Only thing I can think of is there is a problem with the a/c, there is a leak and it doesnt hold freon so the a/c doesnt kick on but I dont know why that should stop my fans from working, any help is greatly appreciated, I live in central cali and the temp outside is in triple digits, I cant drive my car without it overheating. I would just unplug the temp sensor but having the fans on constantly drains my battery.

You need to break out the scanner and see what is going on.

Did you check your grounds, this is one right above the cruise control box that will not let the fans come on if it is off.
