Default The Restoring of my 94 Camaro Z

started off as a boring winter wanting a poject to do....looked on craigslist found a 94 z28 practically got it dirt cheap it was a mess..inside was a mess with nitrous lines ran wires back to the bottle....wires for the gauges.

i looked at it and said what a mess but got everything figured out after some research and time..

the motor he said was built up...he gave me a binder of receipts well after doing hours of research i got incontact with the orginal owner tht built the motor he said it was all true to the specs tht were givin. And tht it was never sprayed!


car was completly solid no rust at all

the best et was 12.41 at 109 so far

car specs
Lt1 350 bored to a 355
Heads ported and polished (flows: intake 278, exhaust 197)
CC Cam 230/242, .510 lift,113 lobe separation
Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.6 roller rockers w/7/16" studs
Comp Cams 987 Dual Valve Springs
SI Silverline Series Valves,(2.00" intake and 1.57 Exhaust)
Eagle H beem connecting rods
JE Forged Nitrous Pistons
Crane Hardened Push Rods

Intake.
Ported Intake Runners to match Heads
K&N Cold Air Induction
Relocated Air Intake Temp Sensor

Hooker Headers Long tubes.
3" Custom Made Y Pipe

Very nice restore, sure was a mess but you got her lookin pristine! I really like these type of build threads.

Is that your garage you did the painting in?

Just curious, I took a year of auto body classes and I was thinking about setting my garage up and painting my car, but I might just have my old instructor paint it because he does it for real cheap.
