Don't mess with a cheap opti and second the loctite on the rotor screws.

95 is that dowel or spline, either way make sure the timing is right when you put it back in, shbox website has information on it, and double check the optis... i bought ebay opti and it was internally out of time, caused all kinds of headaches in the end so take the cap off both put bearing at 6tdc and make sure the rotors are in the same place

Easy. 3 bolts and it comes off the hub. it only goes on one way.

And advice? If your water pump hasn't been changed recently... DO IT NOW. They leak and kill opti's. A little trick to use on your new/used water pump: At teh weep hole in the bottom, drill it out and tap it for a small NPT thread. get a brass nipple and thread that in there. take a small piece of vac hose and attatch it to the bottom the your new "nippled weep hole" direct the other end AWAY from your opti. It will prevent it from getting killed by coolant later in its life.

Also, consider replacing your opti and waterpump drive seals while you are in there, especially if they have been leaking. very easy to do.

Having a little trouble removing the balancer. Its turning when I try to remove any bolt. Any tips or should I rent or buy a puller. Really don't want to spend anymore money

If it's a stick car put it in gear.

If it's an auto use a combination of long extensions, chains, breaker bars, cinder blocks, old appliances, fishing poles, 80s cassette tapes and muffin tins to keep the pulley from turning.

That or use an impact gun.
