Default Replacing voltages regulator

I'm having a problem of fluctuating voltage on my 95. I relocated the alternator when I deleted the ac. Replaced the big 3 and cleaned all grounds.

I'm thinking of throwing a brush set and voltage regulaor in to see if that helps. I saw the youtube vid on rebuilding re cs144 but I can't tell...is the voltage regulaor soldered to the brush holder assembly? Or just bolted to it?

Thanks!

It's soldered, but it's pretty easy to heat it up and disconnect the parts. I replaced the regulator and brush set in my Autozone 'rebuilt' alternator, and it solved my voltage fluctuation issue.
