Default Need fuel line help! return style

will be like a putting on a single plane intake on a lt1 car. I need lines from the tank forward with all e85 compatible filter, regulator and lines. I figure teflon coated works best but let me know what you got. -8 lines from the tank to rails. boost reference fuel pressure regulator will be needed.

Im thinking loop the front rails together
passenger rail goes the the regulator
driver rail goes to the regulator with a Y to tee in passenger rail?
return line?

GAS tank= 3 lines
feed
return
vent

should I use these lines or just run new lines out the pump with a -8 bulkhead fitting out the top of the element. If thats the case then I can make the stock feed line my return line for the system.
BUt what do I with the stock return line? to prevent leaks,smell?

Im at a loss.

thanks

If planning on doing any decent FI build with e85 i wouldnt go any smaller than a -10an feed line and -8 return. You could Y the feed into both rails and y out the other ends into a regulator and then back to the tank.

also I would go ahead and bulkhead the stock fuel hat. get rid of all the stock lines.

cut it off flush and use that place for the new bulkhead.

i run this and it works awesome...........

-8an to front of car into y block two -6's out of y block one to the back of each rail.......front of rails i tie together and then run a single -6an into the regulator and the -6an back to the tank.........easy, simple...works like a champ...

as for the back of the car i gutted the inside of the tank and sending unit....welded in a flat plate on top of sending unit and installed a -12 bulhead and a -6 bulkhead.....got a -12 hose to the bottom of the tank and the -6 just dumps in the top freely and falls....-12 through a filter to the a1000 and then -8 out to the front of the car......only reason i used the -12 on the suction side is because of the incline to pull the fuel from the tank....pumps dont usually like to suck but if you use a big enough line it will be ok
