Default Headers question..

I have a 97 Z28 and I'm about to buy some pacesetter headers and I'm getting the ones without the EGR and AIR. What do I need to get to block off those components and where can I get it. And do I need anything else besides 02 extensions and gaskets? Please help

A search will do wonders...

It wouldn't he a bad idea to get new bolts but some get away with using the olds. You can get some block off plates for your erg. (eBay or our sponsors will carry them) I made my own.

A tune would get you your most gains out of them.

agreed with above, block off plates and 02 extensions should be fairly easy to get off ebay( i got both of mine there) should only be around 50 bucks total, you could splice your own harness some headers even come with cable for you to do it i just got o2 extensions for a cleaner look and easy plug and play feature. also id finish getting bolt ons and everything you want done and then get a tune, especially if emission inspection is something you have to worry about.

finally maybe some better gaskets for headers ould be nice and hardware, also rtv will work for the block off plates if you dont get new gaskets with them
