How much WHP would u guys guess?
i have a 93 camaro with a forged 383 stroker,t56, 4.10s, stock ported intake, stock ported heads/cam to match, dished forged piston/rod msd optispark with 6al box, long tube headers 3"1/2 all the way back, bigger injecters but dont know the specs, cold air intake. so the question is how much hp to the wheels and how much torque do u guys think it has?

Well now that you say that I think it has to be at least 600 at the tire
Honestly with you failing to give meaningful details, failure to give us compression ratio, what level of head porting, vague(out of respect for the cam guy) duration specs, header size.......................
I would really question your ability to pull together the right combo or give the tuner adequate information to get it tuned right.
I hope the tuner knows what injectors you have otherwise that being wrong can ruin the engine fast.
If you bought the car this way and the previous owner failed to provide this detailed data I would question his ability to do much right as well.
We see too many halfassed builds completed before people ask questions, it gets old, most of us would rather help you get things right and save some money doing it rather than help you polish a turd after you already bought it.

Ok my brother is the one that built the car about 5 years ago and I just asked for him to send me everything he knows about the mods has done. Ok so here it is: 383 stroker, eagle 4340 crank, eagle h-beam rods, srp pistons, 9-1 compression, le1 h/c package, msd distributer, 6al, blaster coil, pacesetter lts, 3"1/2 flowmasters, accel 36 lbs injectors, Taylor hvc wires, sfc, walbaro 255, madz28 tune, k&n intake. That all the known information. Does that help a little?

LE1 heads are basic porting not "to the max", Lloyd's cam guy from back then caused a lot of guys problems with massive valvetrain control issues.
9:1 compression would be low for boost a built NA motor should be at least 11:1 I would double check that compression number piston manufacturer compression numbers often don't match the combustion chamber sizes run on LT1s.
The MSD ob/coil/opti were all wasted cash more likely to cause problems than add power.
Accel had a lot of injector quality issues a while back, I believe the bad ones were yellow and when they switched to a decent supplier the color changed.
If the compression genuinely is 9:1 I am going to say 370rwhp. As you can see with RamAir's car a well setup 383 can put over 450 to the tire through the automatic but nothing about what you are saying is all that well setup. Cheapest ported heads he could find, bunch of useless ignition "upgrades", the injectors if yellow are known for hard starting, hard to tune and leaking possibly burning the car to the ground.
It would have made more power if he had saved a lot of cash and put LE2s on the stock shortblock. Heads are critical to power much moreso than displacement as all the air has to come and go through the heads. The biggest advantage to adding displacement is the ability to run larger heads and cam and he put budget "stage 1" heads on it which will likely choke it.
