Default Throttle sticking?

Hi,
I have a 1997 Trans am with a 355 LE1 heads, Lt4 hotcam, exhauset and a bbk 52 mm tb, 24x ignition. My throttle keeps sticking open at like 5-10% throttle, I was wondering if any one can point me in the right direction to fix this. It only happens when the car is running, it will not stick open when the car is off. I have tried 2 throttle bodies and they both did the same thing, the BBK did it when it was brand new. I don't think the throttle body is my problem because it will not do it when the car is not running.

Check to see if the elbow clamp is getting on the way of the throttle body cable!

It is not hanging up on anything, it will not stick with the car not running.
