Default I love my car, but.....

....its driving me insane! Not really, I just want it to be done already. Ok here's the problem, burned a plug wire, but with the pace setter headers it was easy to replace. Ran everything correctly AND whlie I was in there I changed out my stock elbow, for a trickflow aluminum elbow to my 58mm tb. Its got a cold air kit on it already, but now it backfires and shakes something fierce. Found a broken O2 sensor wire, and am in the process of replacing the O2 sensor, my question is if this doesn't work, could I have fouled the plug or do I need to re-tune the whole setup together??? Any help is greatly appreciated and after this I'm starting on my suspension.......

So the car was running good. You burnt a spark plug wire on the header. You changed the wire and now it runs like crap?

Sounds like you have the firing order wrong or have a cylinder or more than one cylinder not firing. Just look it over again and you will likely find something along those lines.

im assuming this is an lt1.

my money says you either crossed a wire, your opti took a poop, or your fuel pump took a poop. leaning more towards the first two options.

I agree with the first two posters. Probably something in the plug wires, perhaps the boot isn't completely seated on the plug (happens more often than you might think).

Cool, going back under it, I replaced the fuel pump (twice, first one crapped out) a few months back, its got pressure. And the opti was done this year, I really hope I didnt burn it up.
