Pcm ???

DO i have to get my 94 z28 reprogrammed if I add a 3200 lockup stall and get my transmission rebuilt with all the bells sand whistles. tranny 4l60E

Most likely you will run into the OBDI stall wall condition. You will need programming to fix.

some low speed surging is likely too.
