Angry HELP! Car wont start

I know that there are alot of posts about this topic, but i still cant figure this out. Changed spark plugs and wires, an A.I.R. delete, custom intake manifold, and a gasket leak on the passenger side exhaust manifold. Everything is replaced and its finally time to fire it up. But to no avail. Turn the key and can hear the fuel pump running, attempt to start the car, but it wont. it just keeps cranking, but wont start. I have spark, fuel, and air and just cant figure out why it wont turn over. been puzzled for about two days and about to start pulling out hair,

Plz help as this is my daily driver(only means of transportation)

car is a 94z28 a4

you have spark from both coil and at plugs? all grounds hooked back up? made sure youhave 40ish psi at the rail? triple check wire order and make sure you didnt mix them up? does the custom intake have iac passages? No fuses blown?

im just throwing out ideas for you to check, on my phone so can only post so much lol

I am actually doing all the work to help out my friend. I rechecked everything I touched (wires&plugs basically ). The 94 Z is just turning over ....no start condition. I do have spark but doesnt seem to be jumping/arcing out much (Opti/coil/module/grounding issues). The intake has been replaced due to cracking/broken seals. MAF in correct position and connected. Gonna check fuel pressure but just have to wait till I get back my gauge from a friend who borrowed it ....not answer his fukn phone!! Still testing all possibilities. LT-1's are such a pain!!! hehehe...

"Check Engine" light not on with key in the "on" position, no start!! Definitely a wiring/grounding/fuseable link issue here......ugh!

Fuel pump stays on with ignition in the start position. Also, wiring is from 95 Z28 and not the original wiring for the 94.

Im not going to say its the PCM, but there is a possibility it could be rare chance. Before messing with it i would be sure its not any of the other issues.

Just cause you have fuel pressure doenst mean its enough, so make sure to check with a gauge.

I hate to tell you but if you have spark, fuel, and air it would be running.... you are getting a false positive on one of your test for spark, fuel, and air.

Swear this Z has a mind of its own. Fans kick on/off when it wants....but hoping the coil issue will resolve this all. Opti is all that is left that can only be the answer, once coil is in.
