3 months ago. They're clearance so another retailer no longer is going to carry them? Awesome.

Even if the non vented units were the only ones listed, which isn't the case at all, some of us would consider it totally relevant and not at all worthless.

Has it been confirmed that the Delco units are now remanufactured?

One can only hope that Summit is selling NEW optis. I just checked GMParts direct and OE Parts HQ and the notes for both places say these are Remaned units. GMParts direct notes it when the opti is placed in the shopping cart.

Bah!! I hate optispark I don't know what to do!

If only I had more time to save for the 24x conversion and shop for used parts for cheap.

didn't mention anything about being remanufactured and if it is i think there would be a legal issue.

"When it's time to replace your LT1's Optispark distributor, don't settle for a remanufactured unit when you can buy a brand new one. Chevrolet Performance offers new replacement Optispark distributors that are guaranteed to fit and perform like the General intended"

How long have you had the MSD, I've blow two of them up and I send them back and make them cover it under warranty. I had a rotor come off and I burned a hole thru the cap. Both times I told the rep to give me a RMA number and that I wasn't paying the 100 rebuild fee. It took about 18 days for mine to come back.

Its 1.5 years old with about 7k miles on it, I just bought the car in August but the owner gave me receipts. Their warranty is limited to 1 year unfortunately.

I just don't know what the hell to do. Rockauto has Delphi optis for $380 shipped, MSD I'd have to wait 3 weeks, and now this Chevy performance one.

I don't want to be installing a used opti on my car, thanks though.

I think I'll go for it, it says right in the description that its not remanufactured.
