I just completed my lsx carb conversion I hooked up gauges for everything but the speedometer. Any one have any idea How I can rig up the old sensor from the out put shaft to the stock speedometer? kinda need to know how fast im going... lol and would like to try and avoid buying an after market unit. FYI I took out my computer.

auto meter has something called "Universal gps speedometer interface module". it says it allows any electronic speedometer to use gps to drive the speedometer. might need an autometer electric speedo. (im not sure if the factory one would work) If no one else has any ideas, this may be an option. tfj

The computer is what drives the speedometer.
