Default need help quick!!

I'm pretty new to this lt1 stuff so I'm confused. Just started my 93 bird for the firest time after so changes. I added AFR 195cc heads, holley 58mm tb, comp xfi292 cam,1.6 RR, and 30lb injectors. My problem is when the engine is started it just doesn't rev and is very rich. When it gets to 3000 RPMs seems like it hits the rev limiter. It's running so rich it'll burn your eyes. Oh yeah, it also has a PMCforless program too.

Are you sure timing is set correctly?
Did you tell PCM for less every mod that was in it in great detail?
Did u buy the injectors new or used?
Sounds like the tune to me...

Tune is probably off by a long shot if it won't even rev. What injectors do you have and are they really 30lbs @ 3 bar (LT1 fuel pressure)? Not all cars run the same fuel pressure so the injector flow values can vary at different psi. It sounds like the flow value in the tune is set too high causing your car to run pig rich so be careful. That much fuel can wash your cylinders, make its way down into your crankcase, and kill a bearing fairly quick.

And that 292 cam scares me. Is this in a 350 or do you have more cubes?

The injectors are SVO 30lb from a running car. I gave PCMFORLESS all my specs from cam card on down.

It revs fine up to 300 then seems like it hits the rev limiter. Oh yeah it used almost 5 gallons of gas in 12 miles. For some reason when mine is almost totally out it maxes out full which I have gotten used to lol.

Just 350 but gonna do a 383 in the near future. Cam is fine just affected the brakes with the lack of vacuum. I do have forged pistons and VC is ok.

Check the installation of the chip to make sure it's seated properly into the adapter and into the board.

If you really went through that much fuel in that distance, you now have a bigger problem than it initially was. I would do a leakdown test due to the possibility of fuel wash. You are certain the info given for the injectors was correct?

Yeah info was correct. I just emailed Marshall at PCMFL pics of the install and we're going from there. I haven't driven the car since finding out about the fuel consumption.

Wow! Thanks for all you that replied!!! Turns out it was an install mistake. I learned just because your buddy has a 614in motor with F3R doesn't mean he can read directions installing a prom! It was installed upside down! Still alittle rich but probably needs plugs

Thanks to Marshall at PCMforless.com for the help and ultimately figuring out the mistake. His program is dead on.
