It's just 4.0 Liters. Fast for what it is. My wife has one in her LS400, 1999 model with 185,000 miles. Great engine. Not terribly torquey. They say there is no word in Japenese for torque. They don't have any, so don't need a word for it. :-)
An old lady's driver, but has embarrassed an Impala SS or two. Very low 15 second car. Gets 28/30 MPG hwy. I'm told they are very popular over seas for engine swaps.
I can't imagine putting one in an F body. Won't be cheap, won't be faster.
Yeah, I will be impressed too. LOL

As an LT1 guy, I say skip the LT1 and get a 5.3 LS motor. Cost will be about the same, but its a much more widely supported mill on the aftermarket, and its hard to beat an LS.
An SC with an LS swap would be a fun ride. I'm looking at an early SC300 with a popped 2JZ to do the swap with as a daily driver. Unless I find a clean Volvo 240 series... I love Volvo...
